Terms of service for commissions by Inklarva (Ivana Li)

Please read these terms carefully and make sure to ask me any questions you might have about them prior to agreeing to them. By commissioning work from me you agree to these TOS.

Base Terms:

You must be at least 18 years old to commission custom work from me. I retain the right to use the commission for advertising. The turn around time for commissions is 2 weeks-2 months unless otherwise specified.

Payment

Full Payment upfront is highly preferred and makes me more likely to take your commission. A 25% non refundable down payment is required. The commission will not be shipped until full payment is received.

Input

There will be two points at which input can be made: after the finished sketch and once the commission is completed. Drastic changes will cost extra or be declined. During the input period, please mention all changes you want made. Once you reply to me during an input, any future changes will cost extra so make sure to be thorough!

Reasons for termination of commission

I reserve the right to cancel your commission for the following reasons:

- Deposit was not made.
- Failing to communicate professionally and within a reasonable timeframe. A response to work sent for input, payment, etc is generally expected within 5 business days.
- Inappropriate client behavior.

I reserve the right to cancel your order at any point without explanation. Under those circumstances you will receive a full refund.

If you must cancel the commission, you forfeit your down payment. No refunds will be given after full payment and receipt of commission.
